Founded in 2014
Athanase was founded in 2014 by Stefan Charette and former colleagues who have worked together since 2006. The team worked sequentially at different public investment companies and held positions as CEO, CIO, Head of Research, and Investment Director. Before being the CEO of these investment companies, Stefan Charette was the CEO of an international industrial conglomerate. In addition to having long careers in investing, the partners at Athanase have operating experience, which gives the team members an appreciation of the difficulties of managing a business.
